ORDERING FAQ
 
How do I become a Posh Customer?

Call us, in a few brief minutes, a friendly representative will be happy to open your customer account or

  The purpose is to establish delivery address, specific location, time, billing information, etc.
 
How do I place an Order?

Email your order direct to service@theposhbakery.com &     we'll reply confirm your order!

Fax in your order to 408-980-9378 - it's fast & easy!

Phone our Order Desk for help at 408-980-8451.
When can I place an Order?
 
-
Email, Fax or Call the Order Desk by 3:00 p.m. for next day delivery of add-ons to your standing order, new orders or caterings.
-
Order Desk hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The business office and Order Desk are closed on the following holidays only:  Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Day.
When must Changes to or Cancellantions of  an Order be made?
 
          All deletions or changes require a 2-day advance notice.  Here's the schedule:

Monday by 5 PM for Wednesday delivery

Tuesday by 5 PM for Thursday delivery
-
Wednesday by 5 PM for Friday delivery
-
Thursday by 5 PM for Saturday delivery
-
Friday by 5 PM for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
What happens if I place a Late Order? 
-
Any order received after 3:00 p.m. via email, fax or telephone message is a Late Order and there's no guarantee the order can be fullfilled.

Late Orders are subject to a $25 late fee and will only be charged if the order can be fulfilled.     
What should I know about placing a cake, bread or packaged item order?

Only custom designed cake orders (image, special designed logo's) need to be submitted by 12:00 noon just the day before the delivery date.  Standard decorated or birthday cakes may be placed by 3:00 p.m. for next day delivery.

Bread orders:    All bread orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. just the day before the delivery date, except, bread deliveries for Wednesday must be placed by Monday at 3:00 p.m.   At  this time, there are no bread deliveries on Saturday/Sunday.

Packaged items require a two-day advance order.  Packaged items are only delivered on Mondays and Thursdays.

Frozen Items:  Please place order 2-days in advance.

Does The Posh Bakery only sell wholesale?
 
      Yes, The Posh Bakery sells to wholesale customers.  The Posh Bagel retail stores sell to the general public.
 
Are your products Trans-Fat Free?
 
      Nearly all Posh Bakery products are Trans Fat Free.
 
Is there a  reduced-fat product line?
 
      Yes, our  reduced-fat muffin line.
 
Can you individually package items?
 
      Yes.
 
Where can I find product nutritional information?
